Searching Pipedream’s forum I realize that should exist a so called Global Error Workflow that I can enable to use it (via Workflow settings) when some error happen on my Workflows. I tried to find this Global Error Workflow but it seems it doesn’t exist anymore. Can someone point me in the right direction, please ?

The Global Error Workflow was a v1 workflow feature, we have since moved to Subscriptions that you can use to subscribe to events - like errors.
This means you can create a Global Error workflow for your account, here’s a short video on how to do this - Log workflow errors to AWS CloudWatch - YouTube
