What is the workaround for the Zoho Cliq connect bug affecting non-US data centers in India, causing 401 error and customer blockage?

Hi Pipedream Team ,
We hit a Zoho Cliq connect bug for non-US data centers (India / zoho.in) — filed as #21439.github.com/PipedreamHQ/pipedream/issues/21439

The OAuth is region-aware (token exchange correctly uses {{custom_fields.accounts_server}} → accounts.zoho.in, and zoho_cliq.app.mjs uses $auth.base_api_uri), but the connection test request sent to cliq.zoho.com/api/v2/channels. So a valid .in token → 401 → the account is discarded and never saved.

Can this be prioritized / any workaround? Customer blocked.

Thanks for reporting this, we’ll look into it

Is there any ETA for this fix or a possible workaround? We have a customer waiting on this issue, so any timeline you can share would be greatly appreciated. If there’s a temporary workaround available, that would also be very helpful in the meantime.

Hi, we -should- have this fixed by tomorrow. I don’t think there’s any workaroud unfortunately.

Hi , the auth issue should be fixed now. The components/tools currently available for this app have a separate fix that should be out tomorrow, but the connection itself should already be unblocked.

Please let us know if you continue to encounter the issue.
