Hello , I don’t think that you can publish the Python action for now. Would you mind trying Node.js action instead?
I don’t know NodeJS and have already written Python steps and hate updating them in multiple flows 
I had an idea that “may be it’s not working for python yet” and haven’t fount docs, that is the reason asked here.
