I’m seeing a very weird timeout that I can’t really debug, see thread

Total duration is 0, but compute time is high. It seems it never gets past the trigger.

Hi , the 0 duration and the display of no step run are display errors. These issues are in the road map for improvement.

The timeout error is due to one step of your workflow might got hanged and caused your workflow timeout. I would suggest to increase your workflow timeout in your workflow settings, or trying to revise the steps in your workflow.

Thanks for the notice. Without clear indication from the UI on which step was causing the issue, I don’t know what step(s) to revise. I guess I’ll just have to wait until this addressed by the work in the roadmap.
