Good question - I believe that app is still in the process of being approved by Google but I’ll ask our Integrations lead about this app specifically

So unfortunately Google Ads has a very strict protocol for integrations. Each integration must register and apply for approval.

The approval process makes it very difficult for developer tools like Pipedream, because of how tokens must be hosted. There’s custom work that’s necessary for Pipedream to possibly reach approval. We have a potential solution, but we’ll need to implement it and then have it reviewed by Google for approval.
