Updating a Google Spreadsheet through a Discord trigger

I’m trying to setup something to automate the information on a spreadsheet by just simply sending a command on Discord and the information you wanna have it add to the spreadsheet and would like some help with this.

For example, one command could be /add, and it’ll update K2 with whatever information you add after ‘add’, I would think this is possible but I’m not sure what I’m not getting. If someone has an in depth video or has done this before, any help is appreciated!
