I am on basic plan and use pipedream sdk for triggers and actions.
Q1 : Will every trigger/action be counted as a workflow ? As in if I send an email using pipedream sdk, will that we counted as 1 workflow ?
Q2 : What if we exceed the 1000 connected accounts, in that scenario what’s the pricing beyond that ?

A workflow in Pipedream is composed of a trigger and a series of actions. Each workflow can have multiple triggers and actions, but it is counted as a single workflow. Sending an email using the Pipedream SDK within a workflow does not count as a separate workflow; it is part of the existing workflow. ### Q2: What if we exceed the 1,000 connected accounts? The Basic plan includes support for managing authentication for up to 1,000 connected accounts. If you exceed this limit, you would need to contact Pipedream Sales for custom limits and pricing. Sorry for the confusion, we’re working on updating the pricing page now to make it more clear, but using Connect in production requires either the Connect Starter plan or Business.
Connect Starter is $150/month and includes 100 users and 10k credits.

No. Connect is not available on the self service subscriptions.
Those are oriented around our workflow product, which is a solution for building internal automations.
Connect is a different product with different pricing. It is currently listed on the pricing page as requiring a Business plan subscription but we have been offering a lower cost entry point as Danny highlighted above.
It starts at $150/month and includes 100 connected users and 10k monthly credits.
Additional users are $2/month per user.
A connected user represents a user with one or more active auth connections being managed.
