I am copying Thomas Franks steps exactly and it still gives me this error. I am at a loss for what to do. Thank you everyone
Do you have an extra ‘.m4a’ somewhere in your code?
I ask because your filename is really weird. It looks like it’s looking for a file name called: “.recording.m4a.m4a” when I think it should be looking for “recording.m4a”
I agree. I am not sure why it is showing up like that it is being uploaded from iPhone to google drive. I am not doing anything to add an extra .m4a
what’s the file name look like in google drive after it’s uploaded?
@mustafaabuq did you manage to solve your issue? I have a similar issue with the step. Please check below. Assistance would be awesome, please.
I’m also following the steps exactly right.
Yes I have a very functional workflow now. It took me alot of time figuring everything out and making it even better. Could you share more information including where the error code is showing up as well as the code itself
Thanks
That’s great to hear. Please see some screenshots with more information. I’m stuck at the create_transcription stage. And I’m using a “m4a” format.
@mustafaabuq I investigated further and came across Thomas’ notes on errors and specifically “m4a” errors. So I changed the file format to “mp3” and it worked. Thanks so much for your reply and willingness to help! Have a great day.
