I am a software developer contractor to Pipedream and I wanted to jump in to put into your attention about Pipedream support dedicated hours. I hover over your Slack profile and it says, at the moment I write, it’s passed 6p.m. your time zone. And this might be a case for PD support not continuing following up your case yet.
As per Pipedream support page at their website:
Our dedicated support hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm UTC-8 (US Pacific Time).
We are still ~2hrs before 9AM PST, at the moment I write. but I understand Pierce might be available earlier since he is EST/CST i believe.
