Shopify New Order Trigger Not Displaying Orders in Workflow: What Should I Do?

All the orders i shared are added after the pipedream workflow is setup.

I have still credits for the day available.

When i use this script:

And change the query to recieve orders i recieve orders.

Is there way we can get more debug information. Or some error log?

Yeah I assume you’re using the Shopify app. That is what I tested too

Hi can you please share the URL to your Shopify order source? It has a special unique ID in it that allows us to look into it, it’s formatted like dc_*********

No sorry, I believe that’s a specific execution’s trace ID.

Please give us some time to investigate. Reading through the conversation here, it sounds like you might have already tried creating a new Shopify order source from scratch, and on a new account, yet that didn’t work for you.

Yes. That didn’t work. I removed by the way that store and pipedream account.

The dc_ code sended is the one from the source I tried an our ago on the live store. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Bas, I’m not sure if you’re the one that opened this GH issue, but I’ve added more context to it:

When you open the Logs to the source, you should have seen an error showing that there’s a missing option required from the underlying shopify-api-node package to function properly.

Thanks for having a look and suggest the solution for the Pipedream the developers. I should say that the source logs where empty inside the pipedream dashboard.
For the client I have fixed it with a webhook sended from Shopify to Pipedream
