I received this out of memory error when I tried to upload a 9-10 mb mp3 file. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I just successfully set up this workflow, and as soon as I use it properly for the first time, I get this message: Out of Memory — you’ve exceeded the default memory for this workflow, see Troubleshooting Common Issues
And I can’t see in settings where I can increase the memory - PLUS, I don’t know how much I need to increase it by! If anyone can help, that really would be great! 
Any luck with this one? I am having the same issue and there does not seem to be a solution anywhere.
