I’m trying to verify my OpenAI account and continue to a Verification Failed message. I upgraded to a paid account and created a new API Key. Any ideas on the step I’m missing?
I’m not totally following — what is the verification failed message you’re talking about? Is that from OpenAI?

I was able to verify my account and complete the OpenAI step. Thanks and team for resolving this issue when it was already late into the day
