New Trigger Setup for Monday Sub-item Update: Dashboard Not Found and Buffering Issue

Hi - I’ve tried to set up a new trigger linked to Monday for new sub-item update. Unfortunately, the dashboard I’m linking to cannot be found, although all our other integrations are set up to that board and are running successfully. Additionally, when I type in the board ID it ‘works’ but has been buffering for hours now.

Also having trouble setting up other other new integrations, including Discord + Twitter. Wonder if this is a more widespread error?

Hi Kate, what do you see when you attempt to list the Board when configuring that trigger?

This is a slightly confusing screen you’re sitting on, but what it’s actually doing is it’s waiting for and update to a sub-item in that Monday board to come in, so it can emit an event. Are you able to update a sub-item in the board you selected?

I did indeed update a sub-item

and it went through because our integration that had was mapped to the same board was able to receive it

For Twitter my API keys did not work

Are you using the same API Token from Monday for the trigger that is working and the trigger that is not working?

We only have one Monday API integrated

Also for the Twitter API integration - I see it’s possible to track new followers, but do you know if it’s also possible to track new mentions? We are ideally looking to get both.
