Need help to get SurveyMonkey responses details

Hi everyone,

I have tried to get my SurveyMonkey survey’s response details, however, the pipedream public app integration is unable to receive the survey response answers as Zapier does.

After some research, I notice that my SurveyMonkey account does not have “responses_read_detail” scope (Team Advantage Plan in SurveyMonkey).

But why does Zapier’s SurveyMonkey integration hook work and able to retrieve the survey answers, while Pipedream’s app doesn’t?

Any ideas on how to get to overcome this issue?

Just to clarify, does your SurveyMonkey account you have a Team Advantage Plan?

Thank you for looking at the issues. Yes, my SurveyMonkey account is Team Advantage Plan. And normally, if a public or private app that is connected to it has “responses_read_detail” scope checked, the workflow will work in getting the survey answer details.

@ayip FYI we made a change to the app’s configuration that I think should resolve your issue – can you go ahead and reconnect your Survey Monkey account in Pipedream and give this another try?

Thankyou for looking into it. I have tried again, and it gives me Permission Error 403: The following scopes have not been granted: View answers along with responses

To confirm, did you reconnect your account before trying the source? Or when / where did you see that error?

We have now reconnected the account and confirmed that the new Pipedream SurveyMonkey trigger is working and we can retrieve the response answers.
