Moving workflow to one account to another?

Is there any way we can export and import workflow into a new account? I want to move the workflows from one account to another, and copy-pasting all workflows into a new account will be tedious.

Is anyone done this before?

@vcmvijay if you’re comfortable doing a full account migration from one account to another, I can help. This would move all workflows, event sources, connected accounts, etc. to the new account. Will that work for you?

Dear @dylburger I also need to transfer everything to a new account. Do I need to email to the support adress, or can the transfer be done with the “Transfer Ownership” function in the account settings?

@johannes1 Please email support@pipedream.com with the username of the source and destination accounts. If you can send the email from the email address that owns the destination account, that will help us verify ownership of the account.

Since this conversation has been started, we have released the ability to share workflows across Pipedream accounts using Share Links.

This allows you to share individual workflows to other Pipedream accounts as templates. Your connected accounts won’t be shared, just the steps that compromise your workflow.

Creating a share link for your workflow only shares that specific version of it at that point in time. So any copies can be modified by the end users and it won’t affect your copy, and vice versa.
