Misbehaving Workflow Error: Who to Contact and Which Channel to Use?

This topic was automatically generated from Slack. You can find the original thread here.

Hi all. I have a misbehaving workflow. It is reporting “Please retry your event or reach out to Pipedream support at https://pipedream.com/support/ if this error persists”.

If I copy the workflow, then the new one works, so it does seem to be a platform issue.

What is the right channel? Who do we contact in these cases?

Hi , you can access your workflow having issue and enable Pipedream support to access, then share the workflow url here. When @U02SX7ETBFB comes online, he might be able to help

Hi Thanks for the directions. I have enabled Pipedream support access and the workflow is https://pipedream.com/@idbbn/normet-recapcha-p_PACMN2D Hopefully @U02SX7ETBFB will be able to help.

Hi Liam, thanks for sharing that workflow URL it’s very helpful.

Unfortunately we have stopped supporting v1 workflows in Feb 2021.

I suggest try recreating the workflow in the v2 workflow builder, it might be a lower lever system error since you’re seeing that specific error message.

hi Pierce, thank you for the answer. copying it into a new workflow will work, but it would then require changing the the form implementations that call it which is problematic. Is there any way to create a new workflow, but keep the endpoint?
