I run a Physio and Podiatry clinic that uses Cliniko as its patient management software. I have started using ActiveCampaign for email marketing and need an integration built between Cliniko and ActiveCampaign.
The requirements for the integration are pretty simple:
- If a patient in Cliniko only has future appointments (and no past appointment(s), place them in the “Initial Evaluation” list in Active Campaign
- If a patient in Cliniko has past appointment(s) and future appointment(s), move them into the “Active Patients” list in ActiveCampaign
- If a patient has no future appointments, and their most recent past appointment is more than 4 weeks old, move them into the “Past Patients” list in Active Campaign
- The integration needs to read the Practitioner Link field to confirm which Practitioner the patient is assigned to so the patient can be added to the correct business list (i.e. Physio or Podiatry)
I will need the patient’s email, phone number, first and last name in ActiveCampaign from Cliniko. Also, when the patient completes their Initial Evaluation appointment and books their next appointment (i.e. now becoming an Active Patient, the integration needs to MOVE the patient into the Active Patient list and not COPY them).
