The web UI will show you the error as if the error occurred on the Switch step itself. No details for the steps within
Could you share a screenshot of the workflow view that indicates which steps were executed?
Also, what is the error message you see?
See attached. It appears as if the switch failed, but you can see where it matched the correct case, and workflow says it only did that many steps (up until the switch)
Got it, yes sometimes the error does not pop up until the root workflow. Could you please submit a support ticket and add the link to your workflow, happy to take a look at it.
