I tried using Pipedream MCP with OpenAI responses.
The problem is that I can’t search for tickets using the short ID like APP-1234.
I always have to use the internal ID, which I don’t have.
Whenever I try to search for the ticket APP-1234, nothing is returned.
But when I search using the ticket’s internal UUID, it works.
