Klaviyo changed from Basic to Premium

We have customer emails being captured by Lightspeed retail. They’re being captured throughout the day every hour and we had a flow set up pulling them into Klaviyo if they agree to sign up. It was running this morning, everything was fine but then went to update our flow and now it’s telling me it can’t run unless we upgrade to premium. We are a small brand and can’t afford a premium subscription, and I don’t understand why we didn’t have to pay before but now we do.
Whilst I’m waiting for this, I am missing valuable customer emails. Does anyone know if there’s a way around this?

As for Pipedream, you can use the Klaviyo integration to create a workflow that captures customer emails and adds them to a list in Klaviyo.

To do this, you can use the “Add Member To List” action in Pipedream. Here’s how:

  1. Search for the Klaviyo app from the step menu
  2. Select the Add Member To List action
  3. Connect your Klaviyo account
  4. Select a List or pass a string from a previous step.
  5. Select an Email or pass a string from a previous step.
  6. At the bottom of the step, click Test to run the action and test the configuration.
