Issues with Pipedream Support and Considering Migration

It is sooo “cute” that I pay for the service and can’t get any support directly from Pipedream when I face some bugs… Wonderful! Migrating away asap

Hi Tim, can you clarify the issue? I just saw your post in bugs and we’ll help you ASAP

As I described, my workflow is just stuck

Sorry, I understand that issue. I’m wondering why you posted this note

we are supporting you, so I’m trying to understand the problem

Because I expected to see some direct chat or at least email to get quick response but instead I see only “community” chats and a link to GitHub.

A few days ago I had some major issue when my workflows just stopped working and all the executions were red but Global Error Workflow was just empty. My workflows didn’t work for 2 days!

I could fix that by redeploying my workflow and it began working. And I didn’t report that because I could find a single button to press and quickly report that.

Thanks. But you got a response within 10 minutes when you reported it here.

Yeah, but I had to register in Slack first

Anyway, thanks for your response.
Please, let’s focus on the problem in Bugs chat.

I just shared my overall feedback here.

Thanks for helping!

any updates on my issue? It’s been an hour since you said that you will check the problem “in a few minutes” :slightly_smiling_face:
