I reviewed this with the team. Unfortunately we cannot lift or reset compute time limits due to abuse of the Free tier.
But you can upgrade to the Basic tier to unlock unlimited compute time per day. But unfortunately we cannot alter this limit or reset it on an individual basis.
Unfortunately some workflows, especially those that process media files will use much more compute time than those that only process text data.
Upgrading to a paid plan is the best way to unlock unlimited compute time as well as unlimited credit usage per day.
Thank you. Is it normal to expect such a short, small file, to exceed the compute time? I’m hesitant to pay for a plan if I’m unsure how larger files will behave / consume limits of compute time
