Not sure if this is the right channel to post this in - I have a few workflows setup connecting Shopify webhooks to Slack to receive notifications when a merchant installs or uninstalls our apps. I set these up on April 25th and everything worked perfectly until about 3 days ago, when we started to receive an avalanche of notifications of stores that had installed or uninstalled at various points in the past (tens of notifications at a time. This keeps happening and I’ll probably have to remove the workflows to stop the notifications, but I wanted to check first if there are any known issues with Pipedream that might be causing this?

Just corrected the issue. The data store (Redis) that processed deduped events filled up, and Redis starting evicting data. We’ve expanded that db and added better alerts for this case.
