Is Timezone_utc.pretty and Timezone_configured.pretty Out of Sync?

Hi guys, I know this is not a big deal but it looks like the time and time_24h are out of sync for both timezone_utc.pretty and timezone_configured.pretty. The correct one is time, and time_24h is 30mins ahead.

Is this an issue on my end?
