Is there an app that converts xlsx to csv

An external app generates a .xlsx file. I need to convert that file to a csv file, hopefully without having to load into a spreadsheet and then export it to csv format.

@sjn001tvh thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me how the Pipedream workflow receives the XLSX file? For example, are you sending it in an HTTP POST request to Pipedream, or are you downloading it within your workflow from some URL?
