Is there issue with “build from events/edit” for past events? It can’t seems to select the correct event (maybe default to the latest one)

Yes, was trying to replicate again and it is now working correctly…

In your workflow, I see the code step execution failed (so it wouldn’t return a value), so maybe that code step result is from other events

Yup could be, but if I select built from events it will usually load the exact state when it failed on one of the steps. Some earlier steps maybe already executed.
