Is the UI's Behavior of Opening Deployed Workflow in Code Editor and Undeployed in Inspector Normal?

Is this normal behavior for the UI? Opening a deployed workflow opens the code editor, while opening an undeployed workflow opens the Inspector. It used to be the other way around for me.

I am seeing this too. As a workaround, you can find recent runs on the “Event History” tab present on the top-level sidebar.
