Is HighLevel V2 OAuth Limited to One Agency Account and How to Switch Authorization?

Question: It appears that the new HighLevel V2 OAuth is restricted to only one agency account. Can someone confirm this or explain how to switch to a different authorization? See loom here: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom

Hey , checked out your video. I think you’ll need to sign out at the Gohighlevel primary site - my hunch is that your authentication is being cached / cookies are still present. If you can log out of GoHighLevel, you should be able to re-authenticate. If it is still being cached, you may need to clear your cookies or try in another browser.

Could you try doing this, for example in an incognito browser and see if you’re able to go through the flow again?

Okay, I just tested this out myself:

  1. Log out from gohighlevel.com
  2. Log in to the new account on gohighlevel.com
  3. You should see the new list of accounts

I did that and it worked. It’s important to note that I logged into the account using the app.gohighlevel domain rather than the clients white label url. In addition, another issue came up:

You can rename the accounts in the Accounts section - giving them a new nickname. This would likely be the easiest route here.

Let me know if that does the trick for you!

Worked perfectly! Thank you!

Sweet! Glad this worked for you.

Thanks Michael!
