Starting last night (EST) I was having trouble while editing and working with my workflow. The trouble in particular is the saving of the workflow while editing. It has continued this morning. For instance, I enabled a disabled step, and I see in the upper left the workflow is savings, and after several minutes it is still trying to save. I’ve lost some work, as the savings doesn’t complete and I have reload the workflow. Similarly I can’t test because the workflow is still saving. Anyone else experiencing this?
And I think this may be because I deleted a source. That source is configured as an app in the step I’m trying to enable. I suspect it is linked.
I would like to understand your issue. Would you mind elaborating this section? Some screenshot would definitely help
Yes. Let me explain further. I just tried creating a video to demonstrate, and of course, I did a trial run and had the error but while making the video I didn’t trigger it. Over the weekend it was rather frustrating error.
Here is my suspecion, that when an account is deleted, and a step in a workflow still references that account, that something is odd when saving the step/workflow.
Some days later (this past weekend) I came back. I was toying with a different way to connect shopify. In the process I deleted the connected shopify account from the Accounts screen. I also disabled the step that specifically worked with shopify.
Later in my editing/trial/creation process I went to renable a step. I then did some coding. I noticed that “saving” in the upper left by the name, just kept spinning. It didn’t seem to save. I wanted to Test my code, but it wouldn’t test, it would just hang (I assume because it was trying to save).
I really wish I could get this to reproduce, as it was rather odd, and persistant. I reloaded browsers and even rebooted (though that shouldn’t have any impact).
