Anyone else getting some serious hallucinations from the GPT3.5 Turbo 16K API? Seems to be random and intermittent – but halfway through a response it just turns into jibberish, code, emojis, foreign language, etc.

I haven’t tested that much but it did seem to be fairly worse than gpt-3.5-turbo
