I can see the events on my side for new orders just fine (2 images below)
Checked your source shows 403 error, could you check on Ecwid if your app is still valid?
it seems to be an intermittent fault since it has worked on occasion while faffing around but I can assure you it is still not working here and shows the same error. I have updated everything and the ECWID app is apparently fine but I do remember them saying something about your access method or whatever in an earlier post or email that you shared.
As you can see they are all awaiting processing and as I said I can only get one test event and the app is fine because it works on occasion. I just can’t isolate the occasional it works on!
All steps have been updated and the latest versions of the sources are present. This is driving me nuts
