Hi team! I’m trying to set up a NetSuite connection but am running into the following error. Could someone help me diagnose what’s going wrong?

Thanks , I can reproduce this. I’ll check with the team and get back to you soon
Thank you!
Hi , we have checked this and it seems that you need to create a Custom OAuth Client for NetSuit on Pipedream. Here’re the steps:

We actually already have a Custom OAuth Client set up for NetSuite, but we’ve noticed something odd: the client_id in the auth URL that Pipedream generates always includes a trailing “+” character
I updated the client ID in our Custom OAuth Client config just in case it came from our side, but the issue still persists
Also, a quick question on setup for our customers: we have multiple clients, each with their own NetSuite instance, and they’ll all need to connect via Pipedream. Is it possible to create multiple Custom OAuth Client configs for NetSuite within the same Pipedream workspace, or is there a recommended pattern for handling separate NetSuite accounts that each need their own OAuth credentials?
Hey @U09N7G9Q62J, any chance I could get an update on this? Thanks! ![]()
Hi , sorry for the late response.
I’m taking a look at this and will get back to you very soon
Thanks so much!!

• It is possible to have multiple Custom OAuth Client in your Pipedream workspace, you can name each Custom OAuth Client following your Client’s name
or is there a recommended pattern for handling separate NetSuite accounts that each need their own OAuth credentials?
• No recommendation, you can create one Custom Oauth Client for each

Could you try again now so that I can check the log on our side?
