How to Prevent Zoom from Invalidating Previous OAuth Access Tokens When a New One is Issued?

I think I’m running into this issue: I'd like Zoom not to invalidate previous OAuth access tokens when a new token is issued - Feature Requests - Zoom Developer Forum

Hi , I haven’t heard an update from Zoom about that. It helps the most when they hear this is an issue from customers like you. If you’re willing, I’d recommend reaching out to their support

So I can do that. But this workflow was working for us over the past 18 months without issue, but now all of the sudden isn’t.

Any idea if something else has changed, too?

Can you share the exact error you’re seeing? Happy to help look into that

I guess it’s still an issue with authenticating as my admin account

got it. I can share the scopes we request for that app if that’s helpful. But yes, that does look like an issue with your Zoom permissions

I can’t actually edit any scopes/things for my account though because I’m an admin

I should be able to “do anything”

But as I mentioned, I couldn’t even install the app as an admin

I had to login as the account owner

I think Zoom may only allow some permissions for owners, which may be a part of the issue (@U052C338AQKdo y’all know if that’s the case?). I wish they returned a more specific error message noting the problematic scopes.

I set this up entirely and had it working as an admin 18 months ago

I hear you. I think Zoom may have changed something on their end, and it’s hard for us to tell exactly what

But now I was unable to do this (again, logged in as an admin)

I’ll try to see if I can get ahold of anyone over there

Thanks for the help
