Help me please:red_circle:
today morning I have tried to change the slack user account to another one. After changing the email address the deployment was not saving and the work flow was in broken state. Could you please guys help to fix this?

Hi Rahul, we can certainly try. Can you please provide more details on this workflow and the exact error message you’re seeing?

Screenshots are always welcome.

Here I am able to connect te slack with my private account but when I click on the deploy and save button it is not working.

Thanks for the screenshots. I can see you’re using a v1 workflow, those have been deprecated since April 2021.

We no longer offer support on v1 workflows, I highly recommend you recreate this workflow with a v2 workflow. Here’s a guide to help understand the differences between the old and new workflow types:

Could you please help?

Hi Rahul, I believe there’s a prop on the Slack message action that allows you to customize this. Try looking near the bottom of the step and reading the props down there.
