Hi. I was wondering if anyone here could help me with a Blackbaud integration connection issue I’m having. I’m getting a connection limit reached error and can’t seem to connect Pipedream back to Blackbaud and vice versa. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi . Here are the two screenshots one from Pipedream and the other from BB. I can’t add the Pipedream application again because of the connection limit error. I reached out to BB support but I don’t know when I’ll get a response back.
Were you able to see anyting on your end? I thought the Blackbaud connection limit was a daily one so it would reset by now but it’s still not allowing me to add the Pipedream application in the developer portal. Let me know if you have any updates. Thanks!
Thanks . That new app ID helped reconnect our Blackbaud account with our Pipedream account. Is the limit sitewide or is it based on each Pipedream user?
