another question: how do you use the check rss trigger? why does it have a fixed start date as a property?

i just want to check an rss feed once a week to see (and capture, if any) new posts since i last checked (there could be also multiple in a week, or none). does the rss trigger “remember” the last post it’s seen somehow?
