I closed my user account over 2 months ago but I’ve just been billed yet again for 0 usage, 0 users and 1 platform. How can I get rid of this platform charge when I no longer have an account?

Just an FYI for others who find this thread. You don’t need an account to raise tickets on https://pipedream.com/support . We allow anonymous tickets to be raised explicitly for reasons like this (login issues, billing issues, etc)
