get_SF_project step works just fine when testing it by itself, but not in deployed workflow. Elapsed Time: 6,055,664 ms at this point and still going.

No worries it has stopped and will not affect your credits. Actually it’s the UI issue that the step still appear running.
So you can refresh the page or click the cancel button to “stop” the step.
