How Can I Modify the 15-Minute Delay on My Pipedream Account, and is it Set by Gumroad?

This topic was automatically generated from Slack. You can find the original thread here.

Hi,

Is there a way to modify that 15-minute delay?

I thought that it might because my pipedream account is on the free plan, but it seems that’s not the case, because I have another paid account, where that delay is still there.

Or is this something that’s set by Gumroad itself? On other services like Zapier and Make, this delay isn’t there.

, you can access the configure tab an configure the timer there

The “delay” there is the polling interval, where Pipedream polling for new data from integrated services (Gumroad in your case).

Some other sources won’t have that polling interval (we called them Instant sources) if the integrated service offer Webhook. You can check our Slack instant sources for example

I don’t have that Timer feature.

You can click here in your trigger

I understand, I was saying that it seems that Gumroad doesn’t have the settings where I can change the polling interval. I check the sources too, and it seems that I don’t have the option to change that.

Could you share a screenshot of your trigger configuration tab highlighted in the image above?

Thanks, I will try to reproduce your issue and get back to you

Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:
