Pipedream has changed the pricing again?
Yes, we have recently released a new minor pricing change to our subscriptions.
The feature sets are exactly the same, between the tiers just adjustments on the monthly fee and credits included.
What’s the main reason that you make changes very often to the pricing?
I remember a few changes in a short period of time.
I’m afraid that one day you go very high with the pricing that it won’t be affordable any more
The pricing changes allow you to have more granular control over your billing.
For the customers that had a lower number of workflows, you’d have included credits that weren’t being utilized to their potential.
With this change, you can now set you’d like to budget your usage for and not pay for credits that won’t be used.
You’ll always have control over your spend with Pipedream by adjusting your compute budget on your account: User and Billing Settings - Pipedream
That sets an absolute cap so there are no surprises on your monthly bill, and you can cut usage as necessary to meet your cap.
Hi Doron,
We have been working to land on a pricing model that better aligns the value customers realize with the service we provide. Especially given the significant improvements to the platform over the past 12 months.
With the pricing update in October and the one yesterday, the only existing customers that will be impacted are those on our very old legacy pricing that is set to expire next month.
Thanks.
I hope you won’t change again higher soon
