I am using amazon seller-api integration but the amazon token doesn’t get automatically refreshed by pipedream resulting in access expiration. has anybody else hit similiar issue?

Yes, I’ve seen a similar issue before. Amazon access tokens expire pretty quickly, and sometimes Pipedream doesn’t refresh them automatically. You may need to manually refresh the token before making API calls.
