I’ve been using this workflow from Thomas Frank — from Google Drive to Notion (the one described here: [How to Take Perfect Notes with Your Voice Using AI and Notion]
It’s been working great for months, but suddenly stopped picking up new files. The Google Drive “New File in Folder” trigger no longer shows any new events when I upload audio (mp3/m4a) to the configured folder.
I tried:
- Rebuilding the workflow from scratch
- Creating new Drive folders
- Uploading different audio files
- Reconnecting my Google Drive account
It sometimes shows old files from other folders (like music), but never detects new uploads in the folder I’m using for voice notes.
Seems like the issue is specifically with the trigger not seeing new files, since the rest of the workflow runs fine when triggered manually.
Anyone else seeing this? Or know how to fix / reset the Google Drive trigger connection?
