First of all, congrats on the new Eliminate Cold Start feature. I read thru it and looks great, but the pricing is very confusing and I honestly have no clue how to estimate this. It says: “You’re charged 5 credits for every 10 minutes a dedicated worker is live.” However, if you actually want to eliminate cold starts on a workflow, you will have to have at least 1 dedicated worker live at all times on that workflow. So that means the minimum charge per workflow per month would be 21,600 credits for a dedicated worker. Is this accurate? If so, the cost seems way too high. Effectively, you’d blow thru all your credits with 2 dedicated workers.
Hi @osseonews , that math is accurate. Running these dedicated workers (containers) is costly, so this represents the true cost of the service.
