[Error] Napbots - Dynamic Allocations

Hello,

I received this email since a moment, and now my trading bot is not connected…

"[Error] Napbots - Dynamic Allocations
The dynamic allocation failed before to be able to try to update it with the following error: "Authentication is required to go any further."

[Check out your logs here.]"

I just have to connect my napbot to my trading platform with the API code. (there is no problem)
On pipe dream I just put my email and password and normaly it as to work.
Someone already had the same problem ?
Or do I have to see that with pipedream support, because I am totaly locked.
Thanks.

@alexandredavid7393 thanks for reaching out. Can you help clarify the specific issue you’re seeing? I don’t understand the core problem, so if you can tell me specifically what’s failing in the Pipedream workflow and what you expect to happen, that would help.

It looks like your Pipedream workflow is sending you this error email. Can you show me what logic your workflow uses to determine when authentication fails?

When you say you’re “locked”, can you tell me what you mean?

I don’t know how to explain the things… If you want you can take the hand, you can !

Hi
Sorry to come back to you but My allocation is still not working …
Can you do something for me, if no I’ll have to stop to pay …

Thanks
Best regards,
Alexandre David.

@alexandredavid7393 unfortunately I do need a little more information. The email you’re referencing appears to be specific to your workflow, so without hearing more about how your workflow works or the specific problem you’re facing, I can’t help you troubleshoot.

Can you help me answer three specific questions?

  • It looks like your Pipedream workflow is sending you this error email. Can you show me what logic your workflow uses to determine when authentication fails?
  • Did someone else develop this workflow for you, or did you create it? If you created it, could you click the Share button at the top-right of the workflow and share it with dylan@pipedream.com?
  • When you say you’re “locked”, can you tell me what you mean?

Thanks,
Dylan
