It should be available now on your account. To use it first open the workflow builder, then the menu in the top right should include the option to create a share link.

To reiterate - sharing workflows are available to every Pipedream user - your colleagues as well as anyone else using Pipedream regardless of plan have access to this feature.
They have it available now, on their accounts
