I took a look at that workflow and it looks like the trigger it’s using, searching Twitter, was out of date. We updated that example workflow so it’s working now. You can either refresh that same link and copy the workflow again, or just delete your trigger in the first step of your workflow then search for “Twitter” and add “Search Mentions” again.
