Hello to everyone! I am new to the repo. Wanted to know if i need to ask and wait till a issue is assigned to me ? or just start working on a issue .
I’m not sure if there is a preference. I see some people ask in an issue if they can work on it, and some people will just make a PR for the issue to let others know it’s completed/being worked on.
