Seems the discord trigger event on new message does not work anymore. Can someone help me ?
I’m on a server with admin rights. We have a channel where I want pipedream to read any new message.
It once worked for a few day but since June 13th, (my fourth day pipedream with free tier) the bot doesn’t seem to trigger event anymore.
I tried a lot of things :
reconnect the discord account
deleting the account
removed pipedream integration on discord
deleted any discord source in pipedream
Well, any step to start fresh from blank page
When I want to create a new source, i can’t go further after authenticating into discord and set permissions to pipedream because it can’t find any of my channel despite the bot being present.
Also i’m surprised to see the bot online for a couple minutes, then go offline, then go back online again etc
Does free tier only works for 3 days and then need to upgrade to Pro ?
I’ll gladly appreciate any help.
Thanks a lot.
PS : I tried with a complete blank new server with nothing more than the general channel, not working. the pipedream bot is here, even having admin rights. But the source in pipedream can’t be created because it doesn’t see the channels
@metalliguitare thanks for all the detail and apologies for the delay getting back to you in Twitter.
I can reproduce what you’re seeing (on existing and new servers) and we’re looking into this. I’ll let you know as soon as this is fixed.
This shouldn’t be related to the free tier or your invocations limits. The free tier provides the same number of invocations per day for as long as you are on that tier (more details here), and you can view your current (and historical) usage in your usage settings.
Thanks for your answer.
No problem for twitter, it was more in case of the issue is known on your side, you could just just have said “We know, hang tight”
Waiting for your feedback. Let me know if you need testing of debugging on my side.
Hey there, we experience the exact same problem. It just stopped working. We also tried the same steps as mentioned by @metalliguitare in the initial post.
