Discord channels not visible

I don’t see the list of my Discord channels when I tried to do workflow started from a new Discord post.

What’s the reason? What did I do wrong and how should I fix it?

I really need your help.

@anon57554023 Thanks for reaching out. Can you do me a favor and:

  1. Visit https://pipedream.com/accounts
  2. Find your Discord account, click the on the right of the list, and Reconnect the account

I’d like to see if you can list channels after that.

I did it but just the same situation. Nothing has changed.

Also, I’ve seen that (screen attached). Maybe it is the core reason for the problem? But I still don’t know what should I do to fix it

I tried to do it with another account and with another server. But exactly the same

@anon57554023 Thanks for the information and for your patience. I reset one of our systems responsible for loading these options. Could you try it again now and let me know if it works?

I’ve checked for another account it works. And it’s progress. But it still doesn’t work for my first account

@anon57554023 Could you send an email to support@pipedream.com with details on the account that’s working and the account that’s failing? I’d like to look into it more.

I am having this same issue. I can only imagine I’m not doing something correctly😅

I deleted everything and started over and now it shows the channels… I don’t know what I did differently :laughing:

@bennewhall I apologize for the delay. As you can see from the chatter on this thread, listing Discord channels can fail intermittently. I would recommend trying again, and if that fails to work, please reconnect your account at https://pipedream.com/accounts and try once more.

I raised this to our team and they’re aware of the issues.

The person who manages this integration let me know that we’ve shipped something they believe may fix it.

If anyone else still sees this issue, please let us know and we’ll look into it more.
