Raymond Camden : I’ve got a “Welcome to Pipedream” msg on top of my list of workflows despite being an existing user. It’s saying I need to make an org. Do I really need to make an org to get that msg to go away?
Tod Sacerdoti : Currently yes but I see your point. The intention was to make users aware of the new ability to add organizations because it has been our #1 feature request and the majority of our users have use cases related to team environments. I am curious, do you not have team use cases at all or is it just the annoyance of the required prompt?
Raymond Camden : i dont have any team use cases i absolutely see this as a cool feature, but - honestly - im a single developer (when it comes to PD). i should be able to dismiss this, right?
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : We totally hear y’all and I get that not being able to dismiss it at all is odd. We’re planning to address it and I’ll let you know when we do.
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : @U026GMXHY0G if you collapse the checklist, it should remember the collapsed state, so the checklist shouldn’t appear again. Let me know if that looks OK to y’all
Raymond Camden : Well… honestly - I still think it’s a bit annoying. I still have a 1 of 4 tasks remaining on top. I get you are trying to highlight a new feature, but do you feel all users need an org? If so, it makes sense to keep it I guess. But if you don’t see all users needing this, why push it? (My 2 cents - this obviously won’t stop me from using PD.)
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : I hear you and we appreciate all the feedback. This definitely isn’t the last iteration of this checklist, just a short term fix.
